1. Who we are
OncoBridge ("we", "us") is an international patient facilitation service. This policy explains how we handle the personal and medical information you provide through this website.
2. What we collect
- Contact details: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country of residence
- Medical information you choose to share: diagnosis, treatment history, reports and imaging links
- Technical data: anonymized website usage statistics (via privacy-respecting analytics, if enabled)
3. How we use it
We use your information solely to evaluate your case, share it — with your explicit consent — with the partner hospitals assessing your case, and communicate with you about your inquiry. We do not sell, rent or share your information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
4. Legal basis & your rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, export or erase your personal data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at the address on our contact page. We will respond within 30 days.
5. Data retention & security
Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access restricted to the coordinators handling your case. We retain your data only as long as needed to serve your inquiry or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted.
6. Third-party services
Form submissions are processed by a reputable form service; communication may occur via WhatsApp or email. These services have their own privacy safeguards. By using them you also accept their terms.
7. Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies for functionality. Any analytics used will be anonymized. You can disable cookies in your browser without affecting site functionality.
8. Changes & contact
We may update this policy; the date above will always reflect the latest version. Questions? Reach us via the contact page.
